ELECTRONIC USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Cafe Manager Pro ("Software") is the property
of Vibersoft.com and is protected by copyright law.
Therefore you must treat the Software like any other
copyrighted material.

You should carefully read the following terms and
conditions before using this software. By using this
software you indicate your acceptance of this EULA and
warranty. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA,
promptly discontinue use of this software product.
YOU MAY NOT:

(i) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify,
translate, make any attempt to discover the source
code of the Software, or create derivative works
from the Software; or

(ii) use an evaluation version of the Software in the same
Local Area Network where the registered version of
the Software is installed.

YOU MAY:

(i) use one copy of the Software on any single computer,
provided the Software is in use on only one computer at
a time. If you have multiple licenses for the Software,
then at any time you may have as many copies of the
Software in use as you have licenses; or

(ii) make one copy of the Software solely for backup
archival purposes.
REGISTERED VERSION AND USER LICENSE
AGREEMENT:

Software can be registered to either a company name or a
Person name. If program registered to the person name, this
person must be an employee of the company or have an
official relationships with the company where the Software
is used.

Software is licensed for commercial use.
Commercial use requires that the licensed quantity be equal
to the number of workstations that use the Software.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING
FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT
WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF
MERCHANT ABILITY OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Because of the various hardware and software
environments into which VBergman Cafe Manager Pro
may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.
ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED
EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR
REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
